Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx with full tracking

Free Shipping (orders over £50): 15-25 business days via EMS with tracking

All orders receive 1-2 days processing in our Gloucester headquarters before shipping.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
