Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: For hygiene reasons, swimwear marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. All other swimwear must have hygiene seals intact.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our customer service team will email you:

  • A prepaid return shipping label (for faulty items)
  • Return instructions
  • The address of our UK returns center

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging, include all tags and documentation, and attach the return label clearly. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received at our returns center, your item will undergo quality inspection within 3-5 business days. You will receive email confirmation when:

  • Your refund has been processed
  • Your exchange item has been dispatched
  • If there are any issues with your return

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit card payments: 5-7 business days after approval
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after approval

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of faulty items.

Exchange Policy
